I have never been a fan of Keypoint Intelligence as I don't buy their claims as an unbiased analytics firm. I also believe that Keypoint Intelligence would collapse without their OEM BLI Award platform. The world of software is going through a massive restructuring and I see this Keypoint Intelligence acquisition as more about financial engineering that some value add play.
