The Business Technology Association and all the separate entities seem more like investment clubs rather then associations dedicated to helping the association's members. The 2nd qtr 10 Q showing a zero revolving. It seems as Ares Capital has turned off the money spigot. It also appears as Ares Capital converted a unrealised loss from 1st qtr to a new PIK loan on the 2nd qtr 10Q. I share my thoughts on that. As well I share my thinking regarding a possible strategy in the dismantling of Visual Edge IT.
