GreatAmerica Financial Services is buying Heritage Bank Of Marion Iowa - Once approved by regulators the bank will be called GreatAmerica Bank National Association (WOW Long Name) What I discovered regarding Heritage Bank of Marion Iowa was very surprising. According to the data published by Visbanking, Heritage Bank seems very small. Data showing only 8 employees and assets of only $40.5 Million. Data also shows questionable performance against some optimal banking key financial benchmarks. So, Who will run the bank and how will buying a small bank be beneficial to GreatAmerica? I am thinking this acquisition will be more distracting than beneficial. Especially as we have all seen the exodus of much of GreatAmerica's tenured leadership team. Interesting times ahead for sure!

After looking on the Static Control Components website I have some questions regarding the (UFLPA) Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act. If Apex Microelectronics bought Static Control Components in 2015. And In June of 2023 The Department of Homeland Security Banned Zhuhai Apex Microelectronics LTD does that mean Static Control Is Banned? Or is this banned Zhuhai APEX Microelectronics another subsidiary of Ninestar? It's confusing but definitely worth the question.
